Two furnished double rooms are available on the lower level of a spacious penthouse apartment in Millennium Tower, Grand Canal Dock. Rent is €1,317 per room per month, based on one person occupying each room. Both rooms are available immediately. The blue bedroom has a double bed, storage and its own private balcony with views across the city. The second furnished double bedroom also has storage and city views. Both bedrooms are on the lower level alongside the shared living accommodation. The bathroom is shared and neither bedroom is en suite. The apartment is arranged over two levels and has a panoramic living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and extensive views across Dublin. I will occupy the private upper level, which will not form part of the shared accommodation. There will be three people living in the apartment in total, including me. I am Geoffrey, an architect, and I share my home with Sonny, my dog, and Penny, my cat. Anyone moving in will need to be comfortable living with pets. Additional pets may be considered by agreement. An LGBTQ+ friendly home. I am looking for two friendly, considerate and tidy people who will enjoy the social atmosphere while respecting each other’s privacy and personal space. WiFi is included. Electricity and the cost of regular cleaning will be divided equally between the three occupants. There is no gas bill. Everyone will also be expected to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy between visits from the cleaner. Working from home would ideally be limited to two days per week. Millennium Tower is in the heart of Grand Canal Dock, close to the waterfront, cafés, restaurants, shops, the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, the Dart and city centre.
