Description
Single room (double bed) going in a quiet cul-de-sac close to UCC and Wilton, sharing with 1 male and 2 female housemates. Plenty of space for on-street parking if you drive. Rent is 355 a month, and one months deposit is required. Bills, including internet, tv licence, heating/electricity, kitty contribution (for communal bits and pieces, like washing up liquid), and bins, come out to roughly 50 euro a month. We have a weekly cleaning rota that we share, just so the house is kept nice and clean.
