Our housemate is moving out and we are looking to replace her. We live in a very large, spacious house on the seafront in Bray that lets in lots of light and is very close to the dart station. Bray main street is a five minute walk away. The house consists of three double bedrooms all with sea views, a guest double bedroom, three bathrooms, two sitting rooms, kitchen and dining room and lots and lots of storage space. There is large garden overlooking the sea. The house also has oil fired central heating, a solid fuel stove and wooden floors throughout. The rent does not include bills, which consist of electricity, internet and heating oil in the winter. Bills come to roughly €50 per month. We have a lovely quiet environment and we are looking for someone to suit that, hopefully over 30, who would be a considerate housemate.
