Great area, only a 10-minute walk from UCC and even less to the Mardyke, 8-minute bus to Lidl and other shops. Parking space outside. Would be living with two other girls, mid 20's and working, the room itself is pretty small but the rest of the house is large, so there is plenty of room to hang out. Bills are not included in the rent, but they are not high. Move in for the 1st of May could be arranged, but the 2nd would be better if that suited.
