The double bedroom and house has ample storage, with 1 full bathroom with electric shower upstairs, and a toilet/laundry room downstairs. The cottage benefits from a large open layout with dining and sitting room with a wood burning fireplace, leading to small office space with day bed and a spacious kitchen. The cottage is a 10-15 minute walk to public transport and numerous amenities in Chapelizod Village and only two minutes away from Phoenix Park. Parking space is also available, with an easy commute into Dublin and via the Phoenix Park or Chapelizod Village and access to the N4/M50 . The area is ideal for someone seeking the quiet of the country, with the advantage of being close to town. You would be sharing with one other person, so tidiness in shared areas is essential, but I’m mainly looking to find someone near my age 30s/40s who will enjoy and appreciate the space (also LGBTQ+ friendly). The rent of €1350 includes all bills (internet, electric, etc.) with a one-time payment in the winter to top up the oil heating for the season (approx. €350).
