Hi! I’m looking for a new housemate for a room in a settled home where I’ve lived for the past seven years. It’s very much a calm, respectful place rather than a party house, and I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys that kind of environment. Ideally you’re someone who: • has your own life and routine • is occasionally away on weekends or has a busy social life outside the house • is clean and tidy in shared spaces • pays bills and rent on time • is considerate and respectful of shared areas The house works best for someone fairly independent who enjoys having a comfortable place to come home to but isn’t looking for a very social or busy house environment. I’m looking for someone friendly, normal and easy to live with who treats the place like a home and respects that it’s a calm and safe space. The room would suit a relaxed, tidy home. Occasional guests are of course fine, but the house isn’t suited to frequent overnight visitors. The house is small so is not suitable for full time WFH. .
