Large double room available as a sublet in a house share in the heart of Stoneybatter. The house is currently occupied by an easy-going couple in our late 30s. It’s a relaxed, respectful home and we’re looking for a low-key, considerate tenant to join us and fit comfortably into the household. (Please note, the room is not being rented to another couple). The whole house, including the advertised room, has recently been refurbished with new carpets, flooring and paint throughout. The property is a charming red-brick townhouse with a sitting room, galley kitchen, backyard, upstairs bathroom and an additional under-stairs WC. The bedroom is fully furnished and includes a double bed, desk (ideal for occasional WFH), couch, wardrobe and bedside storage. We both work full-time and tend to keep fairly settled routines during the week, so this would suit someone who’s mindful around shared spaces and comfortable living in a calm, well-kept home. The sublet is for 6 months initially, with the possibility to extend by mutual agreement. The LUAS Red Line (Museum stop), Heuston Station and multiple bus routes are all within a 10–15 minute walk. Bus routes 37, 39, 39A and 70 are approximately 2 minutes away. Rent is exclusive of bills, which are generally very reasonable. A deposit of one month’s rent is required. On-street parking is available via application to DCC.
