House is a quaint and homely red brick townhouse with sitting room, gully kitchen, backyard, upstairs bathroom and under stairs toilet. Duration of sublet will be 6 months in the first instance, with possibility to extend. LUAS Red Line (Museum Stop), Heuston Station and multiple bus routes are within 10-15 minutes walk. 37, 39,39a, 70, bustop is 2 min walk away. Rent is exclusive of bills but they are generally very reasonable. Deposit of one months rent required. On street parking available with application to DCC.
