My home is small but very cosy and homely. For me as it's small, it'd be important that we get on and are respectful of each other and the space. The bedroom is small but has good storage. The bed is a small double bed. The attic is available for more storage as required. The street adjoins the war memorial park which continues into the Phoenix park. It's a 10 min walk to Inchicore village.I have a south facing communal laneway where people sit out and have coffee when the sun is out. The street is very friendly and safe. As I said the place is small, so it'll be important that you are happy to keep the living spaces tidy. I love playing guitar, reading, watching films, making dinners, socialising.
