There are currently two rooms available. For both rooms the deposit is €500. Weekday evening viewings and weekend viewings available by appointment. Rent dates would be March 14th, April 14th and May 14th with June 14th as the date the room would have to be vacant, as the landlord has given us notice that he would like to occupy the house after this date. Room 1: €537 per month- a small room which includes a double bed, a built in wardrobe and some shelving. The room is upstairs, over the large garden. Room 2: €635 per month- a large ground floor room which includes a chest of drawers, a wrack for hanging clothes, blackout curtains and a double bed. The house has a two bathrooms with showers, a spacious kitchen, a large living room and large garden that is all shared.
