The house is located just 2 minutes’ walk from the Luas station, providing extremely convenient transportation. Although it is very close to the Luas, the property is situated at the back of the house, which makes the environment very quiet and peaceful. We are looking for a non-smoking tenant who enjoys a quiet lifestyle and does not host parties. We would also appreciate someone who is mindful of shared spaces, especially keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, so everyone can enjoy a comfortable living environment. (Regarding the beds in the room, we can change it to a double bed, or remove one of the single beds depending on your needs. We also provide a large private storage space hidden inside the wardrobe in the room.)
