The semi-detached house is spread over 2 levels and the common areas (1 large kitchen with dining corner, laundry room, toilet services) are shared among the guests. All rooms are equipped with beds, wardrobes, desks and accessories. Applications are received only by email and references are requested. This is strictly no smoking, no parties and no overnight guest property.  Applications are received by email only. Applicants must be over 18. Flexible payment conditions are offered. A booking fee and a security deposit are required at the booking time. The price for the twin room is valid for 2 friends booking together and sharing the rate on a weekly basis.
