I want to rent my spare room for next 10 months. House is located Corrib Lawn, Mayfield,Cork. This is nice room and house with all facilities. 5 minutes walking distance from bus stop and nearly 3 km from cork city centre. I am looking for a tenant who is full time working professional, clean and respectful to others. I am looking for a tenant who can take good care of the room. No pets are allowed. No party allowed. Room rent is 700 including all bills. 1 month deposit and running months rent required. And rent must be paid with in the 1st week of the month.If anyone interested can contact with me anytime.
