It may suit somebody in Dublin for a temporary period for business or study. Contains: a kitchenette (fridge, oven, induction hob, sink, food storage areas, crockery, cultery); own bathroom with electric shower; double sofa bed; wardrobe and chest; folding desk and chair for study/eating; smoke alarm; fire blanket; access to shared laundry facilities; and private rear courtyard with clothes drying facilities. Electric heating. Rent includes refuse collection and WIFI. Electricity not included - payable by 2 Euro coin pay as you go meter. LOCATION 5 minutes walking distance to Killester DART Station (10 minutes journey to the city centre). On a large number of bus routes to the City centre and other locations including Swords, Kinsealy, Malahide, Howth, Raheny, Blanchardstown, Dundrum, Dunlaoghaire etc. Excellent transport links to all Dublin Colleges, including Trinity, DCU, UCD, St Pats etc. Ten minutes walk to St Annes Park, 15 minutes to Clontarf seafront ABOUT US We are a friendly and welcoming Irish/Italian family with two school-going children.
