A large, south-facing window fills the space with natural light. The room comes fully furnished with a brand-new double bed, mattress, and wardrobe. A monitor, a desk, and a chair will also be supplied. You'll share a bathroom with just one other person. No smoking / vaping or guests are permitted. The Property & Household Our lovely, newly built family home is located in a quiet residential area. We are a family of three who respect each other's schedules and keep noise to a minimum. You will have access to our kitchen and a large, well-maintained back garden with artificial grass, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening with some optional doggy love. All bills included in the rent, making for a stress-free living experience. Free parking is available.
