House has 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, has a back garden and parking at the front. Our area is accessible to Beaumont Hospital about 20 minutes walk, 4 minutes walk to bus stop for bus 14 and an 8 minute walk to bus stop for bus 16, both buses go to town, travel time may vary due to traffic but it take around 30-35 minutes with normal traffic. House is near to DCU college and Beaumont Hospital. Costcutter and pharmacy are both less than 10 min walk away. Puck lane (a cafe) is less than 5 min walk.
