This is our home (a couple in our 30s), and we’re looking for a quiet, respectful student who is comfortable living in a settled household rather than a typical house share. The room includes a single bed, bedside locker and storage. It’s a cosy space with good natural light, ideal for studying. We’re friendly and easygoing, but we value a clean, tidy and peaceful home. Shared areas (kitchen and bathroom) must be kept clean and respected.
