The house is conveniently located in Dundalk town centre, approximately 10 minutes by car, 15–20 minutes by bicycle, and under an hour's walk from DKIT, with easy access to local bus routes, Dundalk Clarke Train Station, shops and local amenities. For those with a car, there is ample street parking.
