Hi, I live in a town house in a quiet leafy cul du Sac just off the Blackrock /Monkstown road. 8 min to dart, 5 mins to bus, or connector bus to Luas all run very frequent sevice. Monkstown village has lots of Shops, , cafes, restaurants, pharmancy, 3 churches, nail and hair bars, etc. Blackrock, 15 min walk, has 2 large shopping centres with all the major shops. It is a bright, warm, two bedroom house with living room, well equipped kitchen ,conservatory, bathroom with power shower, under floor heating, parking, bike shed. I have security cameras on the door and garden shed. I'm a retired, active, fit, cyclist., gardener, reader, and bridge player. I travel over seas a lot and spend time in the country. I'd like a rent - a - Room tenant who is friendly, tidy, quiet and would be happy alone in the house. I
