**Maximum 3 month stay** Please only enquire if this suits. One bedroom available in Newcastle area. The house is in an excellent location with close proximity to shops, NUIG and the city. Large garden space and decking. Sharing with couple in 30s. We are both working and sporty, active most evenings. We are looking for a clean, sound housemate to share the space with. Deposit will be 500 euro. Refuse and Internet are included in the rent. Additional bills are electricity and oil and will be shared equally among the 3 tenants.
