It's is a 30 minute walk from O Connell Street. The house includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The tenant will have separate a fridge (as there are two in the kitchen) and separate food storage cupboard. This house also has a large sheltered back garden. All bills are included in the rent fee.
