It is 30sqm in total. The bedroom/living room is a large bright south facing room with a view of the dublin mountains. It has a double bed, study desk, small couch and kitchen table. You will have a large newly renovated private bathroom. The kitchenette has a small hob, microwave, airfryer and steamer. Please be aware that cooking facilities are limited in the kichenette. You will also have your own fridge, kettle and toaster. The kichenette also serves as our utility so while we will respect your privacy, we will need to access for weekly washing. This is a family home - For this reason, while this is a self contained unit, it is still part of my home so it would have similar rules to a room share (not a fully private apartment/studio). - double room - no guests - no smoking We live in the main house (x2 adults, 1 teen, 1 small dog). Bills extra to cover WiFi, electricity, gas and bins. Approx €25/wk. Located beside Dublin City University. Buses 1 minute away which come every few mintes into town. There is no access to the garden but there is a lovely park (Albert Park) across the road.
