Room available 5 nights per week, Sunday evening till Friday morning. €275pw (2 bathrooms, Shared shower room. ) Included in the rent is utilites ,fresh bedding, towels, wifi, breakfast and evening meal. Evening meal provided , Monday to Thursday only. (No special diatry) One meal does all. No deposit required but rent is due on the 1st of every month. Might suit students, or tradesmen / builders etc. No time wasters please.
