A bright, furnished single room is available to rent in a quiet, safe and well-connected neighbourhood in Kimmage. About the house: You’ll be sharing with three other girls in their mid-20s to early 30s. Looking for a person who is friendly, sociable, respectful and tidy. The vibe in the house is homely and fun, so it would be great to get someone who both enjoys their own space and being around company! You will be sharing a bathroom with two others, and the house includes a fully furnished kitchen, a large living room and a spacious garden. About the area: Located very close to Terenure, Crumlin and Harold’s Cross, with multiple bus links into the city centre. Also quite close to the M50 for easy travel around Dublin. A number of shops (Lidl, Tesco, Aldi, Dunnes, Supervalu, etc.), cafes, and public parks and amenities are within walking distance in all directions. There are a few gyms within walking distance as well. Parking spaces are available for drivers. Bills: Rent is due by the 15th of each month. Other bills (not included in the rent price) include electricity, gas, internet and bins, split equally between four.
