Sunny Double Room by the Sea – Bayside, Dublin We’re a couple living in a clean, spacious three-bedroom home by the coast, shared with one other female housemate. We’re now looking to rent our bright front double room to a female housemate who’ll be a good fit for a calm, respectful home. The room is generously sized and comes with a built-in wardrobe plus additional storage. Location highlights: 5 minutes to Bayside DART Station Around 20 minutes’ drive to Dublin Airport and Dublin City Centre Howth, coastal walks, and the sea right on your doorstep Quiet, residential area — peaceful but well connected About the home & us: This is a very clean and comfortable house, professionally cleaned regularly. We both work Monday to Friday and are generally out during the day. We’re friendly, polite, and social in a relaxed way — we enjoy the gym, eating well, and spending time outdoors. Home is a calm space, so we’d love someone who’s quiet, considerate, and happy to keep things respectful for everyone. What we’re looking for: Female housemate Clean, tidy, and considerate Happy to take part in normal day-to-day house chores Comfortable around pets and willing to mind our cat occasionally A close friend lived with us for over three years and it worked really well — since they moved on, the house has felt like it’s missing someone, and we’re hoping to find the right person to fill that space.
