Located in Dublin 03, with plenty of local amenities - Lidl and Aldi on either side of the road 5 minutes walk, beside the Lidl is a McDonalds and Starbucks. Local gym also 5 minutes walk. Right outside the houses front door is a bus serving the N4, 53 and 151 routes. 8 minute walk to both Spencer Dock and the Point Red Line Luas stops. Or you can walk to the Spire in 25 minutes. Current housemates are two gay guys both in their 30s. Portuguese and Irish. One of us works hybrid the other on-site full-time. Pretty laid back, happy to chat away but also get people want their privacy when home. Bills per month: internet = €23, bins = €9.50 electricity = €25/-40, gas is every two months and usually is pretty cheap. Deposit is the same as one month rent.
