Just a heads up, there’s a good few stairs involved! The total lease for the apartment is €1780 per month, so each room comes to €890. The deposit is the cost of the rent per room so the first month the 6th you pay €1780. We’re hoping to start doing viewings soon. We’re ideally looking for an Irish couple or person in their 20s to share the apartment with myself and my boyfriend, we’re both 25 & 26. We’re looking for someone who’s chill, friendly, and easy to get along with.
