Bills split 3 ways, Main bathroom shared with 2 people as I have my own ensuite. Transport: Bus stop 15b just outside estate, 5 minute walk, 15 bus is a 10 minute walk. Buses go into the city centre every 10 minutes. 45 minute commute to Sandyford Industrial Estate Shopping: Tesco's is a 5 minute walk, Lidl is a 15 minute walk. Woodstown Shopping centre is a 15 minute walk with a Centra, Pharmacy, Hairdresser, Takeaway and Medical Centre. Nutgrove and Dundrum shopping centres are a 15 minute drive away. You would be living with a 40 something female , 26 year old male plus my adorable 5 year old cat Meatball. I would love to share with a cat lover who is clean, tidy, respectful and a non smoker . The house is in a quiet, family estate so would need someone who is respectful of the house and estate. No other pets allowed. No overnight guests.
