A gorgeous bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Smithfield Square is available on a monthly basis, with the possibility to extend beyond 5 months for solo occupancy. The apartment features a Liffey-facing balcony and a south-facing living room and kitchen, providing excellent natural light throughout the day. The room comes with a private bathroom with bath. The apartment also includes a separate kitchen and a large, comfortable living–dining area. You will be sharing the apartment with me — a 48-year-old male who values a very clean and well-maintained home. I expect tenants to take part in regular cleaning on a rotational basis (including swishing a mop around!). I travel frequently for work, and when I’m home, I work remotely. The ideal tenant would be office-based. The property is ideally located in the city centre at Smithfield Square, close to Smithfield luas, Collins Barracks, Stoneybatter, Temple Bar, Phoenix Park, Heuston Station, and nearby Lidl and Tesco grocery stores. Excellent transport links are available, including Dublin Bikes, LUAS, and multiple bus routes. Interested candidates should provide a short description of themselves, references, a one-month deposit, and their most recent bank statement. Electricity is not included in the rent and will be shared among the tenants. The apartment should be kept clean, and quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am.
