We're 4 housemates (Irish, Venezuelan & French) looking for a nice person to join us. We all work a lot, definitely not a party house, more cozy chill vibes. We keep the common areas clean & tidy for everyone to enjoy. We're all easy going and open minded. Gardeners welcome ;) The house is spacious and full of character. Big front garden which is gorgeous to relax in summer. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook or bake, we have an airfryer and microwave too. Open plan sitting & dining room. Separate toilet and shower rooms. The single room is spacious and bright with an extra large desk and storage. Wardrobe, side locker and a sofa seat to relax. Bills are split between us, usually €40-50 p/m depending on electricity usage. Shops: Lidl, Tesco, Spar, Halaal, Polish & Asian shops all within 10min walking distance. Vibrant neighbourhood with lots to do locally. Only 15-20min walk from City Center. Transport: Red Line Luas 15min walk, Green Line 15min walk, lots of bus routes 150, 122, 68, 151, 77a, 27, 83, 9, 16 etc. Canal close by if you commute by canoe.
