The property is situated at the foot of the Dublin Mountains, yet only a 20minute drive from Dublin City Centre. This large semi-detached home was recently redecorated and finished to a high standard. You’ll be sharing with 4 other tenants- in addition to the room, you also have use of the communal shared space, living room and well maintained south facing garden. This double room is flexible and currently has a 4ft small double bed , however, for friends, colleagues or family - it will be possible to swap out the double bed with two single beds - if requested! There’s plenty of street parking and a private driveway available also. However if you rely on public transport the 15B route departs every 12-15minutes and takes you directly to the city centre in about 30-35minutes, there’s also a number of other buses a short 10-15minute walk away (S6,161 and 15 to name a few) **The 15 bus runs all night (every 30min between midnight and 5AM) the closest stop in Knocklyon is about 12minute walk from the house - facilitating connections to the city center 24hours a day.
