Hi there! We are looking for a friendly, clean and professional woman(preferably 30+) to join our cozy 3-bedroom home. If you're looking for a peaceful and "homely" atmosphere rather than just a place to sleep, this might be the perfect spot for you! • A bright and airy kitchen/dining area. • A separate, cozy sitting room. • A shared bathroom (with an electric shower) which you will only share with one male person. You’ll be sharing with two people (a male Engineer and a female Social Worker) who both work a standard 9-to-5, Monday to Friday schedule. We take pride in our home and treat it with care. The vibe here is very relaxed and peaceful. we love to cook, chat and play records in the evenings. We’re looking for someone who values a tidy and calm environment as much as we do. We are perfectly situated right behind the Barracks near Phoenix Park: • Transport: The No. 37 bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away.
