I'm currently looking for a tenant to fill a spacious double room in the house I'm renting in an estate off of Kill Avenue in Dun Laoghaire. The house is 3 bedrooms and is currently occupied by two tenants including myself. We are hoping to have someone move in on 1st September. The rent is €1,100 per month, with one months deposit. Bill are no included however, WIFI and bins come to €21 per person each month, while electricity varies depending on usage. The house has recently had external insulation and a heat pump installed, making it much more energy-efficient and helping to keep electric costs lower. The heat pump also provides a constant supply of hot water, which is a great bonus. The house has one bathroom, which was recently renovated, and a lovely back garden that is maintained by the landlady and her mother. If you drive, there is a parking space available at the front of the house. Neither my current housemate nor I have a car, so the space is available at all times. If you do not drive we are a short walk to the E2 and other transport links. The bedroom itself is very spacious, with plenty of room for a desk if you require one. We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of the space. We are two women between 25 & 30. We are easygoing, we each like our alone time but also like to hang out sometimes therefore can respect whichever someone's preferences may be.
