Big room up for grabs in a chill 3-bed house! You’d be sharing with an Italian guy (works from home, loves cooking pasta ) and a Spanish girl (graphic designer, always up for a vino night ). Rent’s €750, bills included. The room’s a great size with a small ensuite (toilet + sink), but the shower’s shared with one other person (the Italian dude). Don’t worry, he’s tidy . The house is on a quiet, clean estate between Saggart and Citywest – perfect if you work locally or commute into town. We’ve got 3 bathrooms total, so you’ll never be stuck waiting. The vibe’s relaxed, we like having friends over for chill nights but we’re all busy bees too. If you’re looking for a homey spot with nice people, hit me up!
