3 bedroom terraced house in Tallaght. Enough front private parking for 2 cars. 3 bedrooms with maximum 3 tenants in total. 1 bathroom. Separate kitchen and living areas. Relatively large back garden with vegetable garden, shed and patio. There is an indoor cat living here. She is 8 and very sleepy and timid. Currently the largest double room is available for €950 - double bed, plenty of space and a built in wardrobe. There is also a smaller single room (currently without a bed as I would like to give the tenant the choice between single and double as both fit, but the bed will be provided by the landlord) Female tenant preferred but open to male viewings.
