Hi Guys, We are currently 3 easy going professionals, two guys (1 guy will be moving out end of June) and one girl in our mid 20s, looking for someone in a similar situation who is sociable and chatty to match our vibe and fit into our house. We do our own things but want someone who likes to chill in the living room with us having the chats/ watching series or going for the occasional pint/activity . Being clean and tidy is also much appreciated! The room is a double room with ample wardrobe space, you'll be sharing the bathroom with 2 others. location 10 minutes' walk to raheny and kilbarrack train station, 20 mins by train into the city centre, close to the seafront and raheny village, st Annes parks with lots amenities like gym cafes bars supermarket nearby.
