The preference is a 5-day rent with an appropriate rent reduction, but we will consider 7 days. We include all household bills in the rental fee. We live in a very quiet estate called Greenwood in Ayrfield, Dublin 13, and this is our family home. We are an 8-minute walk from The Malahide Road, which is serviced by 24-hour bus routes. We are next to a large Tesco store, 15 minutes' drive from the airport, and 6 km from the city centre. There are also direct buses to colleges such as UCD, and DCU is 8 minutes drive. The nearest Dart station is a 25-minute walk. There are some restaurants, bars, gyms and sports facilities all within easy reach. The room we have has just been decorated and contains a desk, office chair, and new bedding, two large wardrobes, and overhead storage space. The room also has a 32 in smart TV. We also have a large back garden, full-fibre broadband, and utility bills will be included, subject to fair usage. Our House is a spotlessly clean and well-appointed home, and we had a major refurbishment in late 2025. All utilities, such as Wi-Fi, Electricity, Gas, and bins, are included in the rent fee.
