This would be very suitable for a person staying in Limerick for about six months. It's a single room only. (Plus one is not accepted). This is a very big 5-bedroomed house in a quiet, well-established neighbourhood close to all amenities including The university, shopping centres, cinemas and technology park. It's about 15 minutes by car from the city centre and close to the 304A bus route. ------------------- The accommodation is a large bedroom with its own private bathroom. This is a very laid back home with plenty of space including a covered garden deck for evening relaxation. We enjoy interaction with other people including, hopefully, a shared love of cooking, good music and good conversation. The person who moves in will be somebody who wishes to be part of the home and participate in it. If you prefer to stay in your bedroom and live on take-away pizzas, this place probably won't suit you. There's a wood stove on the deck for the evenings and a barbecue for entertaining friends. There's a beer fridge which, like all beer fridges, doesn't fill itself.
