Single bed box room to rent in the quiet and peaceful estate of Knocknaganny, 10 minute walk from Sligo Town. Room size is your typical front room box room, with storage space above the wardrobe, as well as a large chest of drawers. Plenty of bedding already provided in the instance you do not have this, however feel free to make it your own. You will be sharing with 2 male professionals (24 years of age and 47 years of age). Very peaceful vibes in the house and we are both very conscientious of one another's need for privacy. Not a party house and strictly no plus 1's. We keep to ourselves. I work from home and have my office in the living room. The other tenant works in the local area. I have personally been renting this property for over 6 years. House has a back garden, shed, and a patio area. Very fast broadband access, brand new washing machine, tumble dryer, and all the usual mod cons one would expect. We all share 1 reasonably sized bathroom but we go out of our way to be respectful and clean. Previous tenant emigrated to Scotland, so room is available immediately. €200 deposit + €400 in advance. Monthly rent includes all bills (Electricity, Waste Collection, Broadband).
