The bedroom and bathroom are effectively new, having only been used occasionally by overnight guests since the house was completed. House is 10 min walk to town, and 5 min drive from motorway. Lots of local amenities nearby. The room is fully furnished and shares a modern bathroom with just one other lodger. Tenants will also have use of the kitchen, dining and living areas. We are looking for a clean, respectful and considerate working professional who will treat the house as their home and be comfortable living in a quiet, friendly household. Initially for 6 months with possibility of extending if it suits everyone. Non-smoking household. References and one month deposit required. Bills will be split evenly. Please note: 2 extra friendly golden retrievers live on the property, they are 100% our responsibility and you have no obligation to walk or feed them. We are a couple of working professional who work long shifts and weekends so the house is quiet and empty most of the time. We have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the common areas, however you are expected to clean your room and clean after yourselves and keep it tidy.
