Our house is newly built and so is very modern and cosy. It is perfectly situated for ease of access into town via the 15b / 15 bus and the M50. It is a ten minute drive from Rathmines/Rathgar and Terenure, and is within walking distance to a number of lovely parks and coffee shops. We are a newly married couple, but one of us will be living in Cork for the year for work so we are looking for someone to rent our spare room, ideally Monday - Friday, but if weekends are required it can discussed!
