Very quiet and safe neighbourhood . We have had guests happily stay here from many places including , Brasil, Spain, China ,Uganda , the Philippians ,the US , Wexford , Sweeden and Germany . Not suitable for parties / smokers / having visitors . Must be clean and tidy.
Own shelves in fridge and shared freezer . Own cupboard to store dry goods. All crockery , pots, pans and cutlery provided. Cook for yourself or join in with the others . Family with son and daughter at university.
The bedroom has a desk and wardrobe. Duvet ,bed linen and towels provided.- so all you need bring is your clothes.
Easy enough 1 minute walk to 59 bus to Dalkey / Dun Laoghaire.
7 minute walk to number 7 bus to Dublin / Cherrywood

18 minute walk or 4 minute cycle to Dart for Dublin.
Bike lanes to IADT / Cherrywood / Dun Laoghaire.
Can buy a used bike for around 100
Walk to beach / parks / shops
Utilities- heat , electric, bins and Wi-Fi are kept at 70 per
month.
