The house is located 5 minutes from the river and 15 minutes from Ennis town centre (by foot). Amenities include a small backyard, driveway space for one additional car and a separate mini-fridge for exclusive tenant use. Both owners are quiet, friendly and creative people who work from home offices during the day and late into the evening on weekends, as well as a couple weekdays. The little dog on the premises is the only pet allowed as he is unfortunately not friendly with most other animals (humans excluded!).
