5 bedroom house with 4 lads all in mid to late 20’s, mix of hardworking phD and masters students and professionals. En-suite room comes with desk and chair. New bed and mattress, very comfortable. Clean modern house with weekly cleaning rota all tenants must be part of. Very chill environment. Shoes off in the house. Bills including electricity, gas and WiFi shared equally among the tenants. Currently owner occupied but I’m moving abroad so the house will be registered under the RTB from January. Move in date flexible.
