Description
Single room downstairs available in newly renovated large 5 bedroom house located in quiet corner area. New bed and mattress. Will share bathroom downstairs with one other. House has washing machine, dryer and TV as well as all other necessary appliances. 4 tenants currently living in the house full time, ready to move in ASAP, start date flexible up until 1st of June but earlier preferred. Fits 2 cars on drive and 1 by footpath, only one tenant has car currently. Bins will be paid for, rest of bills, electricity/gas/wifi to be spilt evenly almost tenants. House rules: Be respectful, shoes off in the house, and clean up after yourself. House has a weekly cleaning schedule and all tenants are obliged to participate. 1 year contract ideal. House has all males working and studying between the ages of 22-27. Social house but not party house. I’m currently living in Australia so timing of emails may be off.
