Double room downstairs available in newly renovated large 5 bedroom house located in quiet corner area. New bed and mattress. Will share bathroom downstairs with one other. House has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and TV as well as all other necessary appliances. 4 tenants currently living in the house full time. Parking available. Bins will be paid for, rest of bills, electricity/gas/wifi to be spilt evenly almost tenants. House has a weekly cleaning schedule and all tenants are obliged to participate. Full male house in mid to late 20's. I'm currently living in Australia so the timing of my responses may be off. I will organize a video call for suitable candidates and arrange a viewing after.
