*En-Suite Room Bright en-suite room with walk-in wardrobe in a shared house with 5 respectful tenants, This is a big house in Rockfield Avenue (near Terenure). There is a Spar and a pub just around the corner, the Ashleaf shopping centre is a 10 minute walk, it’s got cafe’s and a big Dunnes store. Spar and Mace 3min walk. The common areas are very spacious. The kitchen, dining room and living room are conjoined and form a bright area with many windows. There are five rooms in total (including the room of this ad). The house however is very big and since we are all on different working schedules the kitchen is never crowded and we might in fact go days without seeing each other. We are all working, different ages and nationalities and we highly value this diversity. We respect each other’s space but we are mindful of the fact that common areas are shared and should be relaxing for all who live in the house. We all respect one another and take turns cleaning the house on a weekly basis.
