Hi there I'm looking for another non-smoking female to share my beautiful, quiet and relaxed cottage in Stoneybatter. I'm pretty tidy and try to be environmentally friendly, so hoping to find a housemate that is similar in those respects too :-) The bedroom has a small double bed, wardrobe with both hanging space and shelves and a bedside table. I work from home most days. Hopefully the pictures give you a pretty good idea of the place. There's also a lovely sunny back garden. The cottage is five minutes from the Phoenix Park, and is close to numerous bus stops, as well as everything Stoneybatter has to offer. Rent is €875 per month, plus bills (electricity, gas & internet). The room is advertised as being available for one year, but that could be shorter or longer for the right person :-) I'm happy to consider requests from 1 month + Please feel free to get in touch with any questions, and if you're interested, please do tell me a little about yourself, and when you would be looking to move in.
