We’re three easy-going, professional men in our 30s, all working full-time, looking for a like-minded housemate to join our house. The room would suit a likeminded induvial who is reliable, clean, and easy to get along with. The house has facilities of a Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer, Internet, Back Garden, Alarm, Oven, Microwave, fridge freezer. Bills are Not included in this rental price. There multiple bus stops within a short walk that include the following routes F1,F2, F3 and 16 which can get you in and out of the city centre. The city centre is a lovely 20 min walk down the Canal from the house. There is space to store a bike in the back garden. The current lease is 6 months however we are open to extending it.
