We have a double room available in 4-bedroom semi-detached house in a secluded gated housing estate in Ballsbridge. The existing tenants are two males and one female in their thirties who are all working professionals. We are all easy going and friendly, and while we enjoy socialising, we expect housemates to be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum, particularly at night. Bills are split among tenants. The house is kept clean and there is a cleaning rota in place among tenants. We all have hybrid working arrangements, so will sometimes work from home.
