A bright, spacious double room is available within a 2-bed apartment in a lovely Georgian house in Rathgar, situated within a few minutes walk of both Terenure and Rathgar villages. Fantastic location with 15/15A/65/65B/S4 buses going from right outside. The apartment/building has so much character and charm, with beautiful features from its time. Rent is split equally (€945 each), bills are not included. If you will be WFH please state this also, any non-usage dependent bills i.e. WiFi, internet will be shared equally. I’m a 29-year old female working professional, I am renting another room in this apartment and have been living here 2.5 years. I would be very interested to know more about any potential viewers, please tell me a bit about yourself, interests, personality, when you can move in from/when you’d prefer to move in from. If parking is required, please do state this in the enquiry. I’m hoping to find somebody who will add to the comfortable, relaxed & homely feeling of the place.
